Tyson Holland
In Remembrance
Originally from Lewistown, Montana, former Crucible President Tyson Holland was always passionate about art, design and entrepreneurship. During his time at University of Montana Western, Tyson expanded his expertise and skills studying graphic design and glassblowing. In subsequent years, he gained experience in the construction and welding fields, giving him the skills to physically create his artistic inspirations.

After working for various organizations and going through other business ventures, Tyson had a need to start anew. He desired to focus on people, their inherent value and the power of a common goal and decided to form Crucible with his business partner, Phil Munson.
Kai grew up in Bozeman and has gained a love and admiration for the outdoors and everything related to it: hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. Some of his other hobbies include building firearms and speed shooting. He has been a fabricator for 8 years at multiple companies and encompasses a wide range of experience from structural to architectural welding. Kai has experience ranging from welding on equipment built to move hundreds of tons to welding decorative shelving made to hold the best whiskey for all to see.
