Austin Caward

Austin grew up in Colorado but eventually made his way to Montana for a new beginning and to start a life with his fiancée. Before joining Crucible, he spent time working in the demolition industry. It was there that he developed an interest in learning how to weld, which eventually led him to Crucible.

Austin’s favorite part of working at Crucible is watching a design come to life. He enjoys meeting new clients and finds it especially rewarding to see their projects come together during installation.

Outside of Crucible, Austin spends as much time as possible with his wife and their three children. His family is his whole world, and he enjoys making the most of their time together. When he’s not with his family, Austin enjoys working out and spending time outdoors.
